About a month ago, I took Kaylie to the local Wal-Mart, where they had recently renovated their outdoor/patio/plants section. Seeing the gardening pins on Pinterest made me really want to start gardening as well, even though I knew the results I would get would not be that of the pins on Pinterest.
At first Kaylie was timid and shy, not wanting to touch the flowers because she was afraid she would get in trouble. After reassuring her that it was okay to touch the plants, she continued on with her curious self, touching and smelling the plants.

We ended up getting a gardenia plant. Hopefully it grows into a large, fragrant shrub!
