Over Thanksgiving break, I decided to do a quick Christmas photo shoot with the kids before I headed back up for school. My sister Ha found this cute Mrs. Claus outfit at K-Mart for $5, which is great because Christmas only comes once a year and Kaylie will grow out of these clothes by next year. Unfortunately, there weren't any Santa Claus outfits for the boys, so we had to settle with a red button up shirt and khakis.
Doing a photo shoot with little children is, as you guessed it, excruciatingly hard. Those pictures you see on Pinterest? The photographer probably took several hundred just to get those five nice photos you see. Kaylie, in the beginning, was a very good model. She posed when and where I asked her to, and showed a lot of enthusiasm, especially when I used the fake snow (dry potatoe flakes). After 15 minutes, however, she was bored and wanted to go inside. Unfortunately, I could not get a great show of Hayden or Henry. The boys did not want to sit still, even after bribing them with cookies. Oh well... maybe next year!
